Protein Production
The core facility for protein production provides all steps of protein production consisting of the mutagenesis and cloning of target genes in expression plasmids, their heterologous expression in E. coli expression systems, as well as the subsequent purification of the corresponding recombinant proteins. Our services can also include optimization of expression and purification protocols, protein identity and purity testing and determination of protein concentration.
