The CIISB facilities at IBT have been undergoing the following organizational changes.
CF Protein Production - Our tissue culture room is ready for new projects
In 2025, we successfully launched full-scale recombinant protein expression in both insect and mammalian systems. Our services include production in insect cells using BacPAK™ and FlexiBAC baculovirus systems, small-scale transfection with western blot verification, baculovirus amplification, and large-scale protein production in Sf9 or High Five™ cells. For mammalian systems, we offer expression in HEK293T/17SF, Expi293™, and Expi293F™ GnTI- cell lines, including small-scale transfection with western blot verification and large-scale protein production. We are open to new projects and collaborations, and our comprehensive solutions are designed to support your research.
