23 Nov 2020

The Call for Instruct Course for 2021 is now open. This call is for events co-organized with either Instruct-ERIC Centres or Instruct-ERIC research sites*, with representatives of the Instruct-ERIC Centre being part of the scientific organizing committee of the course. Only applications led by Instruct Centres or by approved Instruct research sites* are eligible. This call is only for online courses.

Where courses are organized in collaboration with other organisations or institutions, the rationale and detail of any collaborative component of the course should be made explicit in the application.

For this call courses should be organised for remote delivery and scheduled to take place in 2021.  Applications should explain how the interactions with students will be managed.

The quality of training is the main criteria and the Training Committee will exercise their discretion to uphold this above all other considerations. Courses co-organized with industrial partners are encouraged. Applications showcasing integrative approaches to structural biology are encouraged.

In detailing the requested budget please consider that Instruct-ERIC maximum support for this call is 10.000 €. Please submit your proposal online which includes the details reported in the guidelines https://instruct-eric.eu/submit-call/13th-instruct-eric-training-call Deadline for proposal submission is 31st of December 2020. Applicants must register on the Instruct website instruct-eric.eu where the proposal submission forms and further information is available or contact us directly at support@instruct-eric.eu

*Institutions in Instruct member countries (which do not already support an Instruct Centre) that are judged to provide an environment and the expertise to host high quality training courses and workshops, will be approved as Instruct research sites. These shall be considered a step towards the development of an Instruct Centre and will serve to focus for Instruct activities in the member country.
