SAXS training session in Biocev

SAXS training "workshop" dealing mostly with SAXS data processing. Session is organised by Tomas Kumpler (Ceitec) and Tereza Skalova (Biocev).

The morning session (11 am to 12:15) is lecture concerning SAXS in general, and the afternoon (13:15 to 16:15 or so) is devoted to practical (hands-on) work on lysozyme SAXS data processing, including envelope generation, from SAXS data provided by Tomas Kumpler.
