Practical course in MS-based proteomics

The training course will take place at Proteomics Core Facility, CEITEC, Masaryk University, Brno on May 20-24, 2019. It will provide introduction into MS-based proteomic analysis. The students will learn about basic methods for sample preparation, separation protein/peptide samples, principles of MS instrumentation used for protein characterization and MS data processing. The course is focused on master and PhD students.
