Characterization of macromolecular complexes by integrative structural biology

This course has been held biennially since 2002, and covers methods for expressing and purifying complexes, characterizing them biophysically, and probing their 3D structures. It is addressed to PhD students and postdocs interested in the structural biology of large multisubunit complexes.
