This course, cosponsored by Instruct and COST, provides theoretical and practical training in data analysis in several modern biophysical methods for monitoring and quantifying molecular interactions – analytical ultracentrifugation, isothermal titration calorimetry, surface plasmon resonance, microscale thermophoresis, and fluorescence-based techniques; additional related methods are introduced in lectures.
