Antibody binding measurements by OpenSPR
OpenSPR allows for analysis of interactions between proteins, antibodies, nanoparticles, whole cells and small molecules and acquire real time data on interaction and reaction kinetics.
There will be the demonstration of the OpenSPR (Surface Plasmon Resonance) device, conducted by experts from Canadian company Nicoya Lifesciences. Their presentation on principles and applications of OpenSPR instrument will be followed by the measurements of protein-antibody binding kinetics.
The workshop will take place in the room U1.038 in BIOCEV on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 from 13:00-16:00.
