1st Student Conference in Structural Biology

Following the cancellation of the annual conference (XVIII Discussions in Structural Molecular Biology), the Council of the Czech Society for Structural Biology announces the 1st Student Conference in Structural Biology with competition to be held online on 2-3 June 2021. The presenting participants will be university students (any level, including PhD students defending their theses in 2021).
Registration to the 1st Student Conference in Structural Biology will open on 10 March 2021 around noon. The expected format of contributions will be short talks (10 minutes + discussion, one slot = 15 minutes) with abstracts published online. Talks without abstract will not be admitted. Contributions either focused on or closely related to the field of structural biology are expected.
All talks will be judged by the Evaluation committee named by the CSSB Council. Three best talks will receive the Prize of the Czech Society for Structural Biology for outstanding student presentation. The competition is supported by the Council of Scientific Societies (RVS).
The order of individual registrations is decisive for inclusion in the online programme.
